Common Topics

  • Restore purchases: purchases made through Apple can be re-delivered on any device signed into the same Apple ID via the Restore purchases action in the app (on the paywall and in Settings).
  • Manage or cancel a subscription: subscriptions are billed by Apple. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings.
  • Delete your account: Settings > Account > Delete account removes your server-side identity, entitlements, push tokens, and wish requests. Listening data stays on your device. See the Privacy Policy for details.
  • Notifications: push notifications are opt-in and used only for "codex ready" notices on wished shows. Local reminders are managed in the app's Settings.
